• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from another person's mobile wallet or bank account are not permitted.
• There are no hidden charges on deposits — mcw98 does not deduct any fees, though your mobile banking operator may apply their own charges.
• Multiple deposits in a single day are allowed, but the daily maximum is ৳5,00,000.

Funds deposited into your account may only be used for betting and gaming purposes. Bonus funds are held in a separate balance and cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are completed.

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before winnings can be withdrawn. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.

1. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit — funds will not be sent to third-party accounts.
2. Mobile banking withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours; bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
3. The maximum withdrawal in a single day is ৳5,00,000.
4. Withdrawals of the full balance are not permitted until bonus wagering requirements are met — only the non-bonus balance may be withdrawn in the meantime.
5. If a transaction appears suspicious, mcw98 may temporarily hold a withdrawal and request additional verification.

Bonus offers at mcw98 are available to eligible account holders only. Each bonus has its own terms, which are listed on the promotions page.

The welcome bonus is available once on your first deposit only. Creating a new account under different details to claim the welcome bonus again is not permitted.

• If a match is cancelled or no result is determined, bets are generally considered void and stakes are refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mcw98. Violations may result in permanent account closure:

• Placing bets in a coordinated or strategic manner to circumvent bonus terms (bonus abuse/arbing).
• Registering an account or attempting to pass KYC using false information.
• Depositing or withdrawing using someone else's bank or mobile number.
• Bots, automated software, or hacking attempts.
• Systematic betting with the intent to exploit irregular odds.

If mcw98 identifies any prohibited activity, it reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice. Any verified legitimate balance will be reviewed and refunded.
